2. Product Warnings

These products are not smoking cessation products and have not been evaluated by the FDA for that purpose.

4. State Shipping Restrictions

VaporVault does not ship to California, Massachusetts, or other states where sale of the ordered products is restricted by law. It is your responsibility to know the vaping product laws in your state. Orders placed to restricted states will be cancelled and refunded.

5. Returns & Refunds

VaporVault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
